One Pot Hearty Cheeseburger Dip
Are you looking for the perfect game day dip? Well… You just found it because this one is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Although you may want to make a double batch since it definitely won’t last very long.
Making It
There may be a lot of ingredients in this recipe but it’s actually incredibly easy to make and tastes phenomenal. The first step is to heat up about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and brown the onion, jalapenos, and the spices. Once the onion and jalapenos are just a little brown you can add the 1 pound of ground chuck. Stir occasional and try to separate the meat as much as possible while not letting it burn.
Some people may cringe at this, but don’t worry about draining the fat ans juices from the pot. The fat and juices are filled with so much flavor and were going to be adding so much cheese that the little bit of liquid won’t hurt us.
The final step is to add in all the cheese and the can diced tomato and chili. Mixing occasionally, let all the cheeses melt and mingle together until its bubbling and well combined.
