Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups milk
- splash of vanilla (optional)
Directions:
- preheat a griddle to a medium low heat
- in a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt)
- once combined add in all other ingredients (except butter) 🙂
- butter griddle so that pancake cooking area is fully covered (6 inch area)
- pour pancake batter onto the buttered section
- wait until the bubbles holes are not closing in
- flip pancake and cook until golden brown
- repeat 😀
