Ingredients
  • 1 ΒΌ lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 TBS Chopped Garlic
  • 2 TBS chopped Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Rub the salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic all over the tenderloin
  3. In a large frying pan, brown the pork tenderloin on all sides
  4. If the tenderloin is not in a oven safe pan, switch it to a glass dish
  5. Bake the the tenderloin in the oven for approximately 20 mins
  6. Enjoy with a baked potato :)
