Healthy Beef Fried Rice
  • ½ cup dried rice
  • 1 small onion
  • ¼ lb finely chopped steak
  • 1 cup frozen mixed veggies
  • 2 Tbs sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbs soy sauce
  1. Mince the onion into small chunks and add to a heat skillet and 1 Tbs of sesame oil
  2. Chop the steak into small pieces and add into the pan with the onions
  3. Add the second tablespoon of sesame oil into the frying pan
  4. Add the frozen veggies into the steak and allow them to lightly caramelize
  5. Finally, add in the rice and soil sauce
  6. Mix all the ingredients together and your are ready to serve the healthy beef fried rice
