Chili Cheese Bites

Ingredients
  • Beer Batter found here LINK
  • Chili found here LINK
Instructions
  1. On a cooking sheet, spread out chili so that it’s about ¼ to ½” thick
  2. Allow to freeze for about 3 hours so that it's still slightly soft
  3. Cut with a sharp knife so that they are about 3” long and 1 inch wide
  4. Allow to freeze over night
  5. Batter and fry
  6. Allow to cool slightly and serve with salsa and sour cream
