No Beans Chili

Ingredients
  • 2.5 lbs ground chuck (80-20)
  • 1 lb Sage sausage
  • 2 (28 oz diced tomatoes)
  • 1 (6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 large white onion
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 4 large cloves garlic
  • 4 beef bouillon
  • 1 T oregano
  • 16 oz Salsa
  • 1 t basil
  • 1 T paprika
  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 1 T cumin
Instructions
  1. In a large frying pan add olive oil and lightly fry diced garlic until it starts to become brown
  2. Remove the garlic and add in small amounts of beef and sausage and let fry until browned
  3. Add the browned meat into the crock pot
  4. Repeat step 3 and 4 until all meat is browned
  5. Dice up all vegetables and add into crock pot
  6. Add in tomato paste, diced tomato, salsa, and beef bouillon cubes
  7. Measure out the spices and add to the top of the chili
  8. Cook on high for ~4 hours
