Chicken Cordon Blue Sandwich Puffs
  • 1 package dinner rolls
  • ½ lb Chicken breads deli meat
  • ½ lb Ham deli meat
  • ¼ lb Swiss cheese
  • Dijon mustard
  1. open the package of dinner rolls and flatten each piece of dough so that its about ⅛ inch thick
  2. Spray a large cupcake tray with cooking oil (you could also butter) and place the flattened rolls into each part
  3. Place a couple of pieces of the chicken into the bottom of the flattened rolls followed by some some and top it off with cheese
  4. Fold over the excess roll dough so that it covers the chicken, ham, and cheese. Using your fingers pinch the top of the dough so that it encloses the sliders internals
  5. Bake at 350 for 15 mins until golden brown
  6. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve with Honey Dijon Mustard
