Ingredients
- .75 lbs Ground Chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 5 slices Thick Cut Bacon
- ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
- 3 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 3 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 egg
- Egg Roll Wrappers (found in the produce section)
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan, cook the ground chicken and add salt and pepper
- Drain the chicken and put the drained chicken into a large mixing bowl
- Cook the bacon until it is crispy
- Let the bacon cool to the touch and chop into small bits
- Add the bacon, ranch dressing, and cheese into the ground chicken
- Mix all together
- beat egg in a small bowl
- on a flat surface place 1 egg roll wrapper and wet with egg on 1 side
- add a dollop of the chicken mixture to the center of the egg roll
- wrap egg roll
- repeat for remainder of the egg rolls
- Fry each egg roll until golden brown on all sides
