Cheesy Bacon Chicken Ranch Eggrolls

  • .75 lbs Ground Chicken
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 5 slices Thick Cut Bacon
  • ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 3 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Egg Roll Wrappers (found in the produce section)
  1. In a large sauce pan, cook the ground chicken and add salt and pepper
  2. Drain the chicken and put the drained chicken into a large mixing bowl
  3. Cook the bacon until it is crispy
  4. Let the bacon cool to the touch and chop into small bits
  5. Add the bacon, ranch dressing, and cheese into the ground chicken
  6. Mix all together
  7. beat egg in a small bowl
  8. on a flat surface place 1 egg roll wrapper and wet with egg on 1 side
  9. add a dollop of the chicken mixture to the center of the egg roll
  10. wrap egg roll
  11. repeat for remainder of the egg rolls
  12. Fry each egg roll until golden brown on all sides
